## NEED OFFSITE ASAP **Cold Feeds:** This six-bin (6) cold feed system features 9' x 12' top openings with bin grizzlies, extensions, and dividers for added capacity, as well as a side walkway. The bins are equipped with a 30" wide by 7' long belt feeder, powered by 3 hp D.C. motors (controllers are housed in a NEMA box adjacent to the bins). The collecting conveyor is 30" x 80', and a 24" x 45', 10 hp conveyor feeds materials up to the dryer. **RAP / RAZ Wrap Around Recycle System:** This dual-bin recycle system includes a RAP bin with a 13' x 8' top opening and a grizzly. The bin features a 36" wide by 16' long belt feeder powered by a 10 hp A.C. motor. The 30" x 30' incline feed conveyor supplies material to a Telsmith impact crusher, which sits above another 30" x 30' incline feed conveyor leading to a 4' x 8' double-deck scalping screen. A 30" x 30' conveyor with a belt magnet returns oversized material to the impact crusher for reprocessing. Additionally, a 6' x 12' bin equipped with an air vibrator and a 24" variable-speed feeder, along with a 32" x 30' weigh bridge conveyor, transports RAP material to the conveyor feeding the screen deck. The 30" x 60', 10 hp weigh bridge conveyor then feeds screened, processed materials up to the bucket elevator inlet chute. **Dryer:** The collector conveyor delivers materials to a gravity chute with a reject chute on the dryer breaching. The dryer shell, which measures 8' in diameter and 30' in length, is in fair condition, as are the flights. The chain drive system is powered by a 75 hp motor through a Rex gearbox. A Gencor AF-60 combo burner with a 60 hp blower operates on diesel or natural gas via a Maxon gas train. The dryer requires relining at the discharge end (no holes, just thinner lining). **H-60 Hot Elevator and Batch Tower:** The inclined hot aggregate bucket elevator uses a double-strand 6" pitch roller chain with 10" x 18" buckets, powered by a 25 hp motor. The batch tower is a Cedarapids (H-60A) unit with a 6,000 lb capacity. The Cedarapids underslung screen deck is horizontal with 4 1/2 decks, driven by a 30 hp motor. Four hot bins are intact. The pugmill, with a 6,000lb capacity, is driven by a 100 hp motor. The arms, tips, paddles, and liners were replaced two years ago and remain in good condition, while the bull gears are new this season. **Dust Control: (Currently On Another Plant location approx. 60miles away)** The baghouse is a Standard Havens Size 28 pulse jet design, featuring 6" diameter, 16' long bags with approximately 12,096 sq. ft. of cloth, rated at 63,000 ACFM at a 5.5:1 ratio. An Astec fan, powered by a 200 hp motor, supports the system. The baghouse includes all necessary ductwork, an automatic outlet damper, and a stack with a test platform. Dust is removed via a single auger through a rotary vane feeder and transported to the hot elevator by an additional auger. A later model Quincy screw-type air compressor with a surge tank is also included. The baghouse is in above-average condition. **Liquid AC System:** The system includes a Heatec 30,000-gallon coiled, skid-mounted liquid asphalt tank, equipped with a 20 hp plant pump and a 20 hp unloading pump. All necessary plumbing is included. Also included is a Heatec 1 MBTU dual-fuel hot oil heater. **Silo System: (SILO PACKAGE IN PHOTOS DOES NOT GO WITH PLANT) **Control House and Controls:** The control house is a site-built, two-level structure and is not moveable. It is equipped with newer Astec batch plant blending controls, Astec weigh-mate loadout controls, and Gen III burner controls. The motor control center is located in a separate building, with a centralized M.C. center that includes a soft start and variable frequency drive for the baghouse fan. **Miscellaneous:** This equipment is immediately available. The original partial parts book for the plant is included, along with books for the Astec controls. A few spare parts are available. **Details:** Overall, this plant is in good condition. The baghouse bags were replaced within the last two seasons, processing approximately 100,000 tons since, and the pugmill shafts were replaced around the same time. The plant is set to produce mix through the end of November 2024. The main plant, a 1973 model with upgrades, reflects its good condition. Both the shop-built cold feed and tower systems are in good condition, as is the baghouse. The RAP system is in good condition.
