Hopper #1 is 7’-6” wide x 14’ long with 12 cubic yard storage capacity constructed from 1/4" thick steel plate with reinforcing at the hopper top and mid-section; self-relieving tapered hopper bottom opening to minimize bridging; skirtboards with 3/4” x 6” adjustable rubber flashing; adjustable discharge gate with crank handle to control material flow from hopper. b. Hopper #2 is 7’-6” wide x 12’-9” long with 10.5 cubic yard storage capacity constructed from 1/4" thick steel plate with reinforcing at the hopper top and mid-section; self-relieving tapered hopper bottom opening to minimize bridging; skirtboards with 3/4” x 6” adjustable rubber flashing; adjustable discharge gate with crank handle to control material flow from hopper. c. Each belt feeder is 30” wide with fixed speed 7.5 h.p. electric motor, Nord helical bevel gearbox; 12” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-15/16” SCM pillow block bearings; 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16” SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard and side nip guards; CEMA “C” flat belt idlers with 5” diameter rolls mounted on close centers; CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” diameter rolls; 3 ply vulcanized endless conveyor belting; Flexco Rockline belt scraper installed. Belt speed setup for 90 fpm. d. Collecting conveyor is 36” wide x 40’ long with fixed speed 15 h.p. electric motor, Nord helical bevel gearbox; 14” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-7/16” SCM pillow block bearings; 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16” SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard; head pulley nip guards; CEMA “C” 35 degree troughing idlers with 5” diameter rolls; CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” diameter rolls; 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers; Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice; Flexco Rockline belt scraper installed. Includes a Belt-Way model 200 belt scale installed. e. **Pugmill Systems model 750BT pugmill with twin shafts, **twin 50 h.p. electric motor drives with timing gears, Hi-chrome paddle tips that are reversible for wear, curved trough with AR liners, feed hopper, mixing chamber cover, spray bar and valve for liquid additive. f. Portable trailer constructed of heavy duty wide flange beams which are braced for optimum rigidity; tandem axle chassis with dual 11 x 22.5 tires, air brakes, king pin, rear lighting, mud flaps and blocking pads; 2’ wide walkway on both sides of the pugmill with 42” tall handrails, 4” kick plate, mid rail, access ladders; manual jack legs at king pin. g. One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding. h. Electric motor control panel with starters for all above electric motors and variable speed drives for the belt feeders; electrical wiring to all on plant electric motors.
