Please see info the new portable 2 bin blending hopper and portable pugmill plant. These plants are designed to work together. 1 each - Portable 2 Bin Blending Hopper, complete as follows: a.  Each hopper is 9’-6” wide x 14’ long with 20 tons storage capacity constructed from 1/4” thick steel plate with rectangle tube reinforcing at the hopper top and angle iron reinforcing at the hopper mid-section and bottom section; self-relieving tapered hopper bottom opening to minimize bridging; full length skirtboards with Hercules 3/4" x 6" adjustable rubber flashing to prevent leakage between hopper bottom and belt feeder; adjustable discharge gate with hand crank to control material flow from each hopper. b. Each belt feeder is 30” wide x 8’ long with Nord 5 h.p. gearmotor drive; 12” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-7/16” SCM pillow block bearings; 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16” SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; ICC CEMA “C” flat belt idlers with 5” diameter rolls mounted on close centers; 3 ply vulcanized endless conveyor belting. Belt speed setup for 90 fpm. c. Collecting conveyor is 36” wide with Nord 10 h.p. gearmotor drive; 12” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16” SCM pillow block bearings; 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16” pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; head pulley nip guards; ICC CEMA “C” 35 degree troughing idlers with 5” diameter rolls; ICC CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” diameter rolls; 2 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers; Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice; 9’-6” long conveyor extension beyond the hoppers which folds for transport. d. Portable trailer constructed of heavy duty wide flange beams which are braced for optimum rigidity; wide flange vertical beams and angle iron cross members tie all hoppers and trailer together; single axle chassis with dual 11 x 22.5 tires, air brakes, king pin, rear lighting, mud flaps and blocking pads. Includes one set of hand crank landing legs at the king pin. e. One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding. f. Electric motor control panel with main disconnect, AC Tech SMV variable speed drives for the belt feeders, branch circuit protection, fixed speed starter for the collecting conveyor, all mounted on a skid support structure bolted to the trailer frame and wired into the electric motors. All motors and electrical controls are 3 phase/460 volts/60 hertz. Excludes bulkheads, liners, belt scrapers, grizzlies, bin extensions, bin vibrators, air cannons, flow switches, safety stop switch with pull cords, belt scales, return idler guards, PLC, permits, freight to jobsite, jobsite preparation or equipment installation. 1 each - Portable Pugmill Plant, complete as follows: a. 36" wide x 33’ long pugmill feed conveyor with 15 h.p. electric motor, Dodge TXT4 shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop, v-belt drive and drive guard; 14" diameter rubber lagged head pulley; 12" diameter self-cleaning tail pulley; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard; CEMA "C" troughing and return idlers with 5" diameter rolls; 3 ply conveyor belting; Flexco Rockline belt scraper installed. b. Twin shaft pugmill mixer with dual 50 Hp electric motor drives, timing gears, liquid additive spray bar, access covers on pugmill, reversible hi-chrome paddle tips, contour AR liners.   c. Portable trailer with single axle chassis and dual 11 x 22.5 tires, air brakes, king pin, rear lighting, mud flaps and blocking pads; pugmill discharge chute; walkway with handrails on both sides of pugmill with access ladders. d. One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment. Excludes safety stop switch with pull cords, belt scale, return idler guards, asphalt pump, water pump, meter, PLC, permits, freight to jobsite, jobsite preparation or equipment installation. We supply our standard guarding.  We do not warrant that they will meet all MSHA, OSHA or all local codes.  It is the responsibility of the end user to have them checked by a local inspector.  Any changes to comply with local codes will be at the expense of the end user.
