Vertical Tank Blending or A.C. Storage Tank Make: D&H Year: 2011 **ITEM A - 10K Blending Tank** 1.) 10,000-gallon tank, ¼” carbon steel, dished floor, flat roof. 2.) I-beam legs with ¾” plate, 16” x 16”, 4-bolt pads. Bottom of tank will be 4’ above slab. 3.) Tank will have two (2) saddles for shipping and a hanging ladder. 4.) Top of tank will be solid diamond plate, welded 100%, with removable handrail. 5.) Top-mounted mixer with two (2) levels of blades and able to turn tank 1.5 times per minute. 6.) 6” fiberglass ridged-wrap insulation and embossed aluminum. 7.) 2” pipe coiled around outside of tank, approx. 650’ on 5” centers. 8.) 2” electrically operated hot oil valve with temp controller and thermocouple. 9.) Cable and board-type manual tank level gauge. 10.) Inside tank will be three (3) wash plates, 6” off the wall, for mixing purposes. 11.) Three (3) 4” heat-jacketed valves on tank (two fill and one drain). 12.) Lifting eyes on all four corners and sides to lift and stand tank. **ITEM B - Rubber Feed System** 1.) Hopper with 150 CF capacity, 4” x 6” grating inside, and knife for cutting bags. 2.) Bottom of hopper has bolt-on flange for screw auger with long opening. 3.) Vinyl rain-proof hopper cover with tie-downs. 4.) 12” tubular screw auger approximately 34’ long with supports and internal wood-type hanger bearings. 5.) Dodge gearbox and WEG motor driving auger from top of screw. 6.) Screw auger will have sliding cleanout approximately ½ way up screw. 7.) Mount and feed chute on top of 10K tank for rubber. 8.)
