This Euro style unit was made in 1998 By Aneco AB of Sweden who are still very much in business. Unit has a 118Hp. Perkins Diesel /Cat gen-set on board, and is designed to produce 150 Metric tph. (165 std. tph). Unit has only 1782 original hours. Unit is equipped with 3 feed bins of 7 M3 ea. with 24" variable speed belt feeders, which feed two different gathering conveyors each with weigh bridges. There are two asphalt emulsion pumps and one water pump. Unit has separate spray bars for the asphalt pumps as well as the water pump. There are digital flow meters on each liquid system. However these are simply flow indicators, pump flows are controlled by the Systems Inc. computer, from the conveyor weigh bridge and conveyor speed inputs. Pumps are designed for up to 50 gpm each. Bins can feed from 5 tph to 200 tph. Pumps and meters are US sourced, as are the weigh bridges and Systems Inc computer. Unit has only 1782 hours since new. Pug-mill has good wear (approx. 60% remaining) left in tips arms and liners... see photos. Unit was designed to make more sophisticated types of cold mix using two different kinds (sizes) of RAP as well as virgin stone blends, as well as two different asphalt emulsions. Unit can also be used to make any RCC product.
